In life you will, unfortunately, come across someone who makes a "joke", then when you don't laugh says you can't take it. Regrettably we all know they are not funny. Hence I propose introducing comedy referees.
Find someone you all think is funny then name them comedy referee it will be up to them to decide what is funny and what is not. Therefore removing any power these irritating "joke" people currently possess.
